Angelo Baccellieri, M.D. • NYHW Medical Director
Dr. Angelo Baccellieri is Medical Director at the NY Health & Wellness Center. A weight loss specialist, Dr. Baccellieri is board certified in Anti-Aging and Restorative Medicine through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M). He is currently a Fellow at A4M specializing in Bioidentical hormone replacement and functional medicine. Dr. Baccellieri graduated from Downstate Medical School, New York in 1992 and completed his residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center in Emergency Medicine. He is board certified in Emergency Medicine and a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians. Dr. Baccellieri is an Assistant Professor at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and has been active in research and medical student education.
Dr. Siobhan Kealy, M.D., • NYHW Medical Director
Dr. Kealy is a Board Certified Family Doctor with a focus on functional medicine and bioidentical hormones. She is joining our team after spending two years practicing at a top urgent care center in Westchester County. Prior to working in urgent care, Dr. Kealy worked at a Family Practice office in Yonkers, at an endocrinology clinic in Dublin, and at a Hematology clinic in Dublin. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, and the Institute of Functional Medicine.
Dr. Kealy is passionate about transforming lives through integrative lifestyle changes, and seeks to offset patients’ use of prescription drugs through an integrated and proactive wellness approach.
She spent her residency at St. Joseph’s Family Medicine Program, received her medical education from Trinity College in Ireland, and graduated with honors in OBGYN care. She completed her undergraduate degree at Binghamton University, from which she earned a BA in biology and is in the process of completing training with Functional Medicine University.
Jacqui Justice • Director of Nutrition
Jacqui Justice is a leading expert in Weight Loss Resistance, Digestive Wellness and Menopause Management, bringing over 20 years of experience to NY Health & Wellness. She holds an M.S. and C.N.S. in Clinical Nutrition, and a certification in Functional Clinical Nutrition. Named one of the top nutritionists in the New York area, Jacqui’s focus is on identifying her clients’ underlying factors and then designing a customized holistic plan to help them reach and maintain their wellness goals.
Jacqui has been featured in The New York Times, Prevention, Redbook, Woman’s Day, Organic Times, Westchester Magazine, and Serendipity Magazine, and has been featured on Daytime TV, Wake Up With Taylor (Sirius), and Debbie Nigro Show (WGCH Radio). Louise Proia • Nutritionist, Westchester, NY
Louise Proia joined the NY Health & Wellness team as a nutritionist in 2016. She graduated from Smith College with a Bachelor of Arts in biochemistry, and later attended The Culinary Institute of America, earning an Associate Degree in Occupational Studies in Culinary Arts. Louise spent the next seven years working as a professional chef in New York City and Connecticut. In addition to raising two sons, she returned to school and graduated with a Master of Science degree from the Human Nutrition Institute at the University of Bridgeport. Prior to joining NYHW, she worked as a nutritionist for Dr. Nikolas Hedberg, founder of the Immune Restoration Center. Louise’s interests include cooking, yoga, hiking, biking, music, theatre, and her dog, Cocoa.

Amber Landsman holds a B.A. in Experimental Psychology, an MSc in Physiology and Wellness, and is a Holistic Lifestyle Coach, specializing in real food nutrition. She is also an NSCA-certified personal trainer and YogaFit-Certified Yoga Teacher. As National Spokesperson for Balance 3H Plus® Metabolic Breakthrough Weight Loss Program, Amber believes that real change begins from the inside out––both chemically and emotionally––by getting our hormones in balance.
Amber has helped hundreds of women, men and young adults get healthy, lean, fit, and free from the Standard American Diet, which she believes is a major contributor to our diseased state. Lisa Avellino is one of Westchester’s top fitness experts and a corporate wellness consultant who has worked in the fitness industry for more than 30 years.
